The 4A’s Coaching Method is a unique coaching course that uses a motivational and behavioral approach, placing spirituality at its core, assisting clients to reach their health, fitness, and spiritual goals.
It has been created to inspire individuals and groups to achieve their health and wellness goals, by creating change from within, working with the mind, body, and inner spirit to develop the right mindset for change.
This unique coaching method incorporates Neuro-Linguistic Programme (NLP), yoga, and meditation as a means of tapping into your inner spirit, enabling you to go on and achieve your desired results in health, fitness, sports, and life.
The 4As Coaching Method is a tried and tested coaching method that has already benefited the lives of many individuals and groups, enabling them to achieve better health, fitness, and performance goals. Through our training, we have guided many people on a journey that leads to greater self-awareness, peace, and ultimately results from their chosen goal.

Using traditional coaching methods, helping clients to get a clearer perspective on their current situation
Assisting clients to establish obtainable goals in the form of an in-depth goal-setting process
Helping clients to overcome obstacles, fears, and insecurities in the form of limiting beliefs
Creating an action plan, by drawing up a road map to success
Encouraging clients to remain focused and motivated, taking the necessary steps to achieve their goals
2) With the Subconscious Mind:
Helping clients begin a quest whereby they start to deepen their knowledge, understanding, and wisdom about themselves
Supporting clients to begin exploring their true identity
Giving guidance on how clients can gain a clearer sense of purpose for their lives
Teaching clients how to control the inner chatter of their minds
Providing clients with a broader sense of peace, as part of their day to day lives
The course will be divided into 4 sections, which will take you through the 4A’s: AWARENESS, ATTENTION, ACTION & ACHIEVEMENT.
To get the best out of this course, The 4As Coaching Method was designed to be completed over a 6 week period (exploring and completing one session per week). Should you desire, however, you can complete it sooner.

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR/TEACHER
The 4As Course by Performance Potential has been developed by Duncan Victorin who has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years. Whilst working with many clients he observed how most people focus too much on changing their external situations and too little focusing on their inner spirit.
