We didn’t have social media, Instagram, Facebook and tiktok has changed cyber bullying, school shootings and kids that were 12 years old truly depressed and without coping mechanisms for real life.
It all starts with us as parents, teachers, mentors and everyone working with youth. We have to throw out the old hand book and start learning new ways to actually make an impact and connection our youth.

This program combines life experiences as at-risk youth growing up in the Juvenal Justice System without family, with knowledge & experience of mentoring 1000's of youth, and my educational background in Psychology
I've combined my experience as an at-risk youth, growing up with abuse and in the "hood" only to be abandoned after my mother's death at age 13. I went from foster care to juvenile detention until I was 18 years old.
With 20+ years of working with teens, starting out as a volunteer at Big Brother's & Big Sisters to even creating my own Martial Arts Mentoring Program for youth in foster care and juvenile detention.
Plus my educational background in Psychology & Life Coaching: Behavioral Change & Modification, Developmental Psychology, Learning Psychology, Multicultural Counseling and Leadership Life Coaching, to name a few.
