One of the most powerful experiences that I’ve had and have been able to share with others - is creating a ‘User Manual’ for ourselves. Don’t let the term annoy you - humans are more than products - but we can all learn from how beneficial instruction packets have been to improve the relationships we have with ourselves and others.

I use this practice in my relationships - sometimes, admittedly, I take it too far giving a person my manual and saying ‘here’s everything you need to know about me’ before actually engaging with them.
