Reiki Level 1- Includes the hand positions used when doing Reiki on you and others, the Reiki principles, and history of Reiki. You will receive the attunements. Once you have received the attunements you are a Reiki Practitioner.

Reiki Level 2- You will learn how to perform Reiki from a distance and this level includes the three Reiki Symbols (Focus, Harmony, and Connection)

REIKI LEVEL I

In Reiki Level 1, you will get attuned to Reiki which enables you to become a channel for this healing energy. Once attuned you will be able to give Reiki to yourself and anyone else for the rest of your life.

To be able to work with Reiki you will receive a distant attunement from a Reiki Master and I am more than happy to attune you as a qualified Reiki Master myself. REIKI 2-

Reiki 2- teaches you to perform distant or absentee Reiki. This means that you are able to send Reiki to yourself and others through space and time, anywhere, whenever you choose to.

With your First Degree Reiki class and attunement, you will learn self-healing hand positions, as well as hand placements for sharing Reiki with others. Once you have received the attunements you are a Reiki Practitioner. Whether you practice Reiki or not is your choice. Reiki will be with you for the rest of your life.

Reiki is one energy healing modality that can help you rebalance energies in the body, mind, and spirit. The energy, when received, works for the greatest and highest good of the recipient, which can be a person, place, object, animal, or situation.
