Reiki Level I is great for anyone curious about Reiki and those who wish to take on their own personal healing and even make a practice out of it.

Reiki is a great vehicle in starting your healing journey. Not only does it help with stress relief, relaxation, and healing, it can open up other avenues for the student. Reiki can help to enhance psychic abilities, strengthen intuition, bring forth gifts that we never knew that we had. Reiki can be a stopping point for some, while for others, this can lead to the exploration of other holistic interventions, opening new doors and new opportunities.

Reiki Level I is about learning to heal the healer. Some students end here completely satisfied with just knowing how to heal themselves, while others proceed on to Reiki Level II to learn about distant healing, and further still to become Reiki Master Teachers themselves.
