This course has a series of practice tests which helped me pass my real estate exam on the first try! I am based in California, so tests may vary state to state, but this course also goes over the general ideas behind real estate principles. You should be able to repetitively take the tests and feel more comfortable with the wording for when you take the real exam and see similar questions on the real estate exam itself. This course is not a replacement of all of the study materials given to you by your state training program, but is a great aide. I have ample experience in the real estate world as I deal with loans and transactions everyday! I am currently a real estate assistant and I hold my real estate license in the state of California.
