This is not a course about writing a Resume from top to bottom. Instead, I will teach you how you can highlight your problem solving skills in your Resume.

We all solve problems, every day in our lives. The big issue is that we often don't know how to sell our problem solving qualities.There are several types of Resumes out there that are widely known, but hardly emphasize the qualities of problem solving of the candidate.

I use a lot of fun story telling slides so that this class will be fun to watch. You will meet Joe and his search for a new job.

What we will do in this course is an exercise in reflection on Joe´s career so that you can use some examples from his professional life in which you faced complex problems and solved these problems. The big question is to quantify how much benefit you have brought to the company where you worked for, so that this can attract you as a candidate for the next job in the company you are applying for a job.

I want to give you the competence to write a killer resume. This type of resume has already put me in front of management positions in globally recognized companies. I had a rewarding career, in which the resume highlighting my capacity for problems solving was the gateway. The same will happen with you. You'll be able to write resumes this way and you'll never want to do it differently again, just like I did. The reason for this is that the reaction of anyone who sees a resume highlighting the ability to solve problems is always WOW, what an impressive resume! The rest is up to you, but the first step has been taken.
