I wish I had this information when I was starting, but I had to learn it the old fashion way through trial and error and learning from my mistakes. This course will walk you through the important parts of physical therapy evaluation documentation, give you some examples, explain the importance of each section, in order for you to be more accurate in your documentation, more effective, more efficient in your clinical time, and be able to spend more time with patients and less time typing and figuring out yourself how to complete your PT evaluation documents.
