Polish Pronunciation Masterclass is a course in which you will learn how to recognize and correctly pronounce the Polish sounds and words, so that you can communicate more confidently and fluently in the Polish language.

Who is the course for?

This course is designed for beginners and more advanced learners to help in mastering the Polish pronunciation.

How does the course look like?

The course is divided into a few sections. The first section will give you an overview of all the sounds in the Polish language.

In the next section, we will have a deep dive into the sounds. In the videos, I will present the Polish sounds one by one providing several examples of words with the sounds. Next to the example, there is a translation in English, so at the same time you can acquire new vocabulary! We will compare the sounds to other similar sounds. And with help minimal pairs you will have a chance to notice subtle differences in the sounds and train your ear. To make the course more engaging and effective, I have included many exercises in which you will select the correct word that you hear.

One section of the course is focusing on the word stress and intonation in the Polish language.

In the final part of the course we will practice pronouncing challenging words in Polish, including often mispronounced words, names of Polish cities, people's first and last names. We will also read some tongue twisters to practice the pronunciation in a fun way!

In addition to the videos, there is a workbook included in the Resources section with the notes and examples from the video recordings.
