Among the most common SQL statement performance problems are:

• Missing index or inappropriate index

• Lack of statistics, outdated statistics or inaccurate statistics

• Quality of the SQL statement code

The level of knowledge of each of these topics is very important in the SQL Tuning tasks, so in this course we will explore in detail the use of indexes by the Optimizer in choosing the execution plan.

This training has a very strong focus on the practical part, I believe the best way to consolidate knowledge is through practice.
