User Creation - Covers how we find users, how we add mailboxes, how we delete users, how we edit users and how we export user lists.

Distribution/Shared Mailboxes -Teaches you the differences between both of these, how to create both, how to add members to each and also where to find these on the portal.

EmailTraces - We cover email traces, how to find these, how to go ahead and do a trace, how to export a trace.

Rooms and Equipment -We cover rooms and resources, cover how to add members and also the use cases for these.

Health Status - We review the health page, often over looked, we explore why we should use this and the benefit it provides.

Support - We then tackle, support, how to find support and documentation.
