Collaboration is an inevitable path for success. Globalization, virtual teams, and finally covid pandemic forced the shift to online collaboration. Microsoft Teams is one of the most widely used software tools for online collaboration and virtual teams management.

This course is aimed to help introduce Microsoft Teams into regular, daily practices of companies and educational institutions (universities, schools, colleges).

This course will help Teams users - either students, or employees in companies and educational organizations - who use Microsoft Teams in their daily job or study activities. The course empowers users to work with Teams as team-players. It gives the basic knowledge and skills in implementing the main and most Teams functions:

- install Teams application: desktop, browser, and mobile

- create, join and manage teams and users

- use chats

- participate in and organize meetings, video and audio calls

- record meetings and share recordings

- save and share files with your team

- work with tasks/assignments: assign, accept, check.

The course is valuable for companies and their employees as "how to" tool or knowledge base in Microsoft Teams. It can serve for companies as a part of their knowledge base.
