Design of the course into 5 sessions:
This course is a do-it-yourself course to know your MBTI personality type.
In this course, I am going to Not only conduct the MBTI Test online But also provide you with clear instructions To arrive at your MBTI personality type on your own.
MBTI assessment test consists of 70 questions, each having two possible answers.
You need to select any one of the two possible answers based on your preference.
The duration of the test is 35 minutes. You are provided with two downloadable pdf files.
In one of the files, you will record your responses to the MBTI questionnaire while taking the test.
And the other is used to arrive at your MBTI personality type.
As I said, this is a do-it-yourself course that preserves your privacy.
By the end of the course, you will know your MBTI personality type, which guides you in making your career and developmental plans;
by being aware of your strengths and areas where you need to focus on to realize your dreams.
For your better understanding, this course is divided into 5 sessions
Session 1 starts with a brief introduction to the evolution of MBTI framework, and the importance of knowing your personality type.
In session 2, you will be provided with a detailed set of instructions to the MBTI test including the format of the answer sheet
and the method of recording your responses in the answer sheet.
Session 3 conducts the MBTI assessment.
The test consists of 70 questions, each having two possible answers.
You need to select any one of the two possible answers based on your preference.
The test duration is for 35 minutes.
In Session 4, detailed instructions are provided for you to follow in order to arrive at your MBTI personality type.
In the final session, we will discuss the strengths and weaknesses of all the 16 MBTI personality types.
You will also get appraised not only on the percentage of your personality type individuals in the world but also, the most preferred career path for your type.
Finally, you will understand how to transform your personality to realize your dreams.
