Hello and welcome to Master Modern Leadership Standards. The course is designed to help you understand what makes a good leader and what sets them apart from run of the mill managers. In this course, you will learn the Six Styles of leadership. The six styles come with three key details:

· How each style builds resonance

· The impact each leadership style has on the work environment

· The situations each leadership style is most well suited for

We then go into real life examples of each leadership style to try and better understand their real-life impact.

These will help you identify your own leadership style as well as finding the styles you want to work towards. You will also learn Ten key factors of what makes a good leader. You can work these into your own leadership style and mold yourself into a truly Great Leader.

You will further learn what are the key differentiators between management and leaders and how individuals falling into each category tackle similar situations. These key Ten situations will help you understand both the leader’s mindset and the impact it has on the team.

Lastly, you will undergo a short quiz to review your understanding of the key principals learnt in the course.
