I plan to show you how to interview online fairly, whilst representing you and your company well but also making sure you are best placed to choose the most suitable person for your organisation each time by working through a series of checklists that will help make sure key points are not overlooked.

Be assured, interviewing online is different to interviewing on the ground face-to-face. Some skills in both environments are the same. Some are not and I’ll be highlighting the new skills required. The preparation for the interview needs to be very different and I plan to pass on as many practical tips as I can to help you here.

I’ll share with you the five stages of successfully interviewing online and I’ll leave you with a check list and a template score card for you to put into practice at the end.
