Exercises are meant to be repeated often so that they become habit. It has been shown that something repeated for fourteen days becomes a habit, and mental habits must be changed in order to train the subconscious. Manifesting is simply about training the subconscious mind to be the servant to the conscious mind. The student who learns to monitor consciously every thought and to direct the appropriate thoughts to the subconscious will become an expert at manifesting.
Consider manifesting training as if it were physical training for a marathon. Could you train your body in one day to run a marathon? Of course not. You would need to dedicate yourself to months of physical endurance training to run a marathon.
