This course discusses about managing innovation which consists of the Innovation Imperative, and social innovation, globalization and development of innovation, sustainability-led innovation, entrepreneurial creativity, and sources of information, building the case, leadership and team, developing new products and services, creating new ventures, developing business and talent through corporate venturing, exploiting knowledge and intellectual property, business models and capturing value and learning to manage innovation and entrepreneurship. This course is very supportive for strategic management course.
