It helps you realise what the real reason for your anger is, as well as rationalise it in order to weaken it. It's about you taking over your anger rather than anger taking over you. It will help you understand the stages that angry people go through when the explosion happens as well as the strategies to follow at each stage.
You will learn to practice anger management which is not easy because when anger is born, it can take over you quite quickly. And therefore, you need to respond fast; as soon as you feel it being born. There is a difference between being in a state of anger and being the observer of anger. Anger management is about becoming the observer of your anger. This makes it easier to man age and weaken it.
You will also leant how to deal with a person who expresses his/her anger at you and can sometimes say very bad things to you. You will receive tips of what to do and not to do in order to help the person move from anger to acceptance.
