Hello everybody,

This is course is the fruit of almost 20 years of experience. Actually, I managed for 17 years different types of people in different countries, but I took 17 years to create this course. Why? Because this is the most complicated one.

It was difficult of proposing a pattern, a structure that is adaptable to everybody and all types of situations despite the fact management depends on:

2-each profile individually

3-each association of people: team, subset, cluster…

However, I feel satisfied to propose this structured course targeting all backgrounds and industries like business, engineering, education, health... As long as people have to manage a team it will be definitively precious because it balances theory and a lot of practices emphasized with concrete, practical examples, testimonies, a maximum of advice.

We will spend half of the course doing exercises and case studies that you implement in your daily professional life as soon as possible because these tools are immediately workable and operational.
