WEKA Statistical Tool  for Knowledge Analysis is a suite of machine learning software which will handle Data Preprocessing , Missing values, Imbalanced datasets, randomizing, re sampling, cross validation, training & test data splitting, regressions, classifications, clustering with just a drag and drop of files without writing a single of code. We will compare the same with the traditional Python Sklearn libraries.
