In marriage and other forms of relationships, we can find ourselves at a place where we feel like we are speaking two or maybe three different languages. Finding it hard to understand one another at the core. However, we don't have to remain in this state of confusion and feeling like we unable to connect.

There are core principles that lay at the root of why we are unable to understand those we are in community with, if its marriage, dating, parenting, co-parenting, co-workers, neighbors and beyond. It is our belief that with the proper tools and a willingness to grow, these barriers to effective communication, conflict resolution, and so much more, can be broken down.

In this course, there are foundational principles shared that will prepare and enhance the ability to connect with others. Some of those principles are centered around our ability to communicate not only our thoughts, feelings, desires and emotions, but also our ability to connect and listen to others.

Participants will be presented with topics that discuss how to tackle communication breakdown, recognize core fears that can sabotage healthy relationships, resolve conflict, recognize dysfunctional cycles and belief systems that sabotage our ability to thrive in community with others. Walk away with a better understanding of the role you play in your communication cycles, and how to use tools to break down those barriers and build an effective emotional vocabulary to help express our feelings and build better understanding.
