-大綱：

Throne Concept 是李承翰醫師在贋服專科訓練以及數位流程兩邊同時進行下所發現的全數位全口治療的流程。全口治療在傳統與數位的過程中有許多可以整合的地方，因此這支影片將由一位 Live Demo 的病患，在完全不印模的情況下，以全數位的方式完成全口重建治療，而我們將透過這位病患的實際治療，去探討數位化全口重建的流程該如何進行、用下顎追蹤裝置進行 TMJ 的診斷、重建、Vertical dimension 和 Anterior guidance，以及最後該如何做出整套 Provisional。

在全口重建的過程中，病患使用的 Provisional 中，最困難的就是需要醫師完成咬合設計、完整轉移 Diagnosis wax up 的 Provisiona，而這也是在這支影片中，我們想要呈現給醫師們的部分。

這支影片將會從病患主訴介紹開始，完整呈現如何進行診斷、資訊搜集、Reduction Guide 製作、導引備牙、試戴黏著到最後利用數位咬合分析工具驗證我們的咬合設計及咬合羅盤。

-Course Theme: Live Demo Full-Mouth rehabilitation with Digital Workflow

-Course Outline:

Through one live patient’s full mouth reconstruction treatment demonstration, to talk about the whole procedure and workflow. In this patient, we will talking about TMJ Diagnosis with jaw motion tracking device, reconstruction of vertical dimension & anterior guidance and how to do the restoration.
In full mouth reconstruction, patients will get three provisionals, and the second provisional is the hardest, you need to do all the occlusal design, and transfer diagnosis wax up, and the second provisional is also what we want to show you. In this topic, we will talk about 5 steps of full mouth reconstruction, from diagnosis, design, trial, execution and verification. In this videos, we will introduce patient’s chief compliant, and talking about how we make the diagnosis, what kind of datas we need to collect, and how to get these datas. Then, we will demonstrate how we get bite record though gothic arch tracing device in live demo patient. After getting bite record, we will demo full mouth preparation, and show you how to use digital dentistry make full mouth reconstruction easier and faster. In next part, we will show you how can we make the reduction guide, which kind of tools we use, and what datas we need to make the guide. After that, we will show you provisional try-in and the procedure of delivery. At the end, we will use digital occlusal analysis system to verify our occlusal design, and check the occlusal situation. How can digital help us in full mouth rehabilitation, and what is the benefit of it, in this topic, we will explode all discussion and show you how to use digital dentistry make full mouth reconstruction easier and faster.
