Every real estate or a property owner must pay taxes, what happen when they do not pay it, this course talks about the process of tax sale, specifically, in the Province of Ontario, Canada, which create an opportunity for investors to join and expand their portfolio.

The course will touch on may aspects that are related to the Sale of Land for Tax Arrears, from legal to documentation, and how to participate as an investor.

Section 1, will give a brief introduction about the course and the structure of the course.
