In this class we will have a blast learning our letters and sounds using an engaging song (come and sing along), various objects found around the house, pictures used from the song, magnetic letters placed on a small whiteboard, letters typed on an online whiteboard, and a fun Scavenger Hunt Phonics game will be played to help identify all letters and sounds of the alphabet! This class is loaded with fun! It is important that we learn all letters and sounds of the alphabet in order to learn how to read. It is the first step in Phonics, and one of the most important ones. We have to master this skill before we can truly move forward to the next skills in reading. I hope your engines are ready. I hope you're ready for blast off!
