This course is designed to understand concept following concepts Lease Financing and Venture Capital Financing. It consists of virtual white boarding video tutorials along with doodle videos which enables students to understand concepts in a better way.

This course is divided into 3 sections. The details of section are as follows:

Section 1: Lease Financing – Meaning

It consists of video tutorial that explains concept of Lease financing along with illustration.

Lease Financing is type of Long-Term Source of Finance or Medium-term source of finance. It is used in case of Tangible Assets such as Land and Building, Plant Machinery and equipment, Furniture and Fixtures etc.

Section 2: Types of Lease Financing

This includes explanation of concept of Venture Capital Financing. It also explains types of venture capital financing along with terms and conditions in each type of venture financing.

Venture Capital Financing is long term financing which is used to finance new risky ventures.
