Welcome to Ultimate Skydiving Adventures First Solo Skydiving Course. The first solo skydiving course is the first step in your skydiving journey to become a skydiver. Course lessons cover:
equipment
aircraft procedures
parachute and landing
emergency procedures
This course is usually a 4-hour in-person training, however, with the digital format, it is self-paced. Each lesson is 14 minutes or less and is followed up with an assessment at the end.
Anyone can take this course as no pre-requisites are required. However, to follow through to become certified, you will need to do/be the following:
Be at least 18 years of age
In good physical condition (if unsure, please call)
Not weigh more than 230 pounds (no exceptions)
Make a reservation for the in-person practical within 30 days of purchase
Watch all lessons in full
Complete the end of course assessment
This online skydiving course is not applicable to any other skydiving center and is not complete without the final in-person training. The final in-person training must be scheduled by the 30-day mark of this training and includes:
Submit a completed final exam
1-2 hour practical to review test, answer questions
Review gear check, check of 3's
Review aircraft procedures and exiting
Body position
Review steerability check, canopy flight, landings & PLF
Landing Hazards
Check the weather and create a Flight Plan
Review Emergency Procedures
After the course, you will receive a certificate of completion minus the in-person practical. If you choose not to skydive at this time, cool. But if you decide after the 30 days, you will need to retake the course due to our student skydiving currency requirements.
If you have any questions along the way, please reach out to us and we’ll connect you with an instructor.
