First of all Thank you for signing up for my class. I am so grateful. Welcome to my class dearies.

Hi, I am Rutuja Gumaste. I am a big time foodie. And If you are here , I am sure that you are a foodie too.

So, Basically I am a Biological scientist. I also love teaching.

The Idea of making this coursework came from the fact that I love teaching as well as cooking. And so, In my course work, I have combined the two. I cook from a scientific base. i.e. experiment. Trust me cooking is so much like science but a very creative and easy, fun one.

In my class I have intended to impart the knowledge of basic Indian cooking . I believe Anybody and everybody can cook and you don't need a physical teacher for that.

According to my experience, I have learnt that cooking is very easy as well as interesting. All you need is enthusiasm. It acts as a great therapy as well. Have you tried it? Oh! take my word for it. You will feel so good.

I have tried my best to make it an enjoyable experience and make sure that you can learn it despite not having any experience in cooking.

When you finish with this coursework, let me know If you would like me to make more such course work on other things that you would like to learn. I can teach a wide variety of topics.
