She has also served nearly 25 years as an Independent Corporate Board of Director. Ms. Birks is a formally trained and Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and provides certification services and project coaching for candidates from white belt to master black. She is a formally trained Mediator and uses this skill when facilitating sessions in Leadership and Unconscious Bias for her clients.
Ms. Birks has an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Strategic Management as well as other degrees and Certifications. She is also an authorized practitioner with DiSC Personal Assessments.
