Welcome everyone to the complete Hubspot CRM course.

My name is Anwer Khan and I will be your instructor throughout this course.

HubSpot CRM is a completely free implementation of a customer relationship management platform noted for its powerful features that enable customers to relate stronger with their customers, boost conversations, and improve revenues based on multiple interaction channels.

Now, this is a beginner-friendly course about Hubspot CRM. In which I talk straight to the point. Therefore, we will cover more in less time. Now, this course is divided into three modules. In the first module, we will learn what is Hubspot CRM, it's different packages. I will familiarize you with the Hubspot interface and we will also learn how to integrate our email.

In the next module, we will do all the practical work. First I will show you how to create contacts manually. Then we will import our contacts from our pc. We will learn how to edit contact information. Then we will learn how to add and edit companies, we will learn how to create and update deals and in the last video of the second module, we will also learn how to create tasks.

Then in the last module, first we will look at the dashboard and reports. Then we will learn how to create snippets and email templates and we will also learn about all other tools such as call and meeting.

Once you complete this course, I am sure you will feel comfortable using Hubspot CRM.
