First, we will see how leadership and being an introvert relate to each other. Then you will learn the most important characteristics of effective leaders. You will also get the first tools to get you started with a leadership project and we will move that project forward by studying teamwork. Along the way you will learn several important concepts and frameworks that will become part of your leadership toolbox.
