You wont believe how easy it can be to make delicious tasting wine in your own kitchen.  You need very little equipment, most of which you probably already have.  Some specialized equipment will come in handy, but we'll show you how to work around it.

You will learn to make wine from a variety of fruits and berries, but the main theme of this course is blackberry wine.  We chose this because they are easy to obtain frozen from the supermarket - or you can go and pick them yourself.  I've made a variety of blackberry wines, and they've always tasted fantastic - and yours probably will too.
