Course Description:

This course examines how to analyze commercial real estate investment property using the Argus Enterprise module software with a focus on multi-family properties. Students obtain a working knowledge of how to gather and input data, analyze income and expenses, understand tenant information, and generate meaningful reports for investors, developers, lenders and others.

Course Overview:

This course is designed for the beginning user and will cover input and analysis for multi-family properties. This is a great way to jump start your knowledge of ARGUSEnterprise and analytical careers in commercial real estate. No DCFexperience needed. And no prior ARGUSknowledge needed.

Goals & Objectives:

At the end of the course, you should have the confidence and ability to accurately model a non-complex to intermediate property in its entirety, and to accurately model a more complex property with some assistance.

• Underwrite a basic to intermediate multi-family property

• Create various commercial property reports in Argus

• Provide market analyses

• Critically analyze properties for acquisitions, disposition and management

Please note the course does not include the ARGUS license as those are directly controlled by ARGUS.
